Refund Policy

Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our items being custom made, we do not offer refunds.If an item is defective or different from the customer-approved proof, a replacement will be offered within the first 30 of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (Non-Custom items only)

Once your (non-custom) returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when the replacement item ships.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced (non-custom) items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of our items being custom made, we can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, send us an email and we will provide a mail to address for you to ship your item to. Exchanges must occur within 30 days of the original purchase.
